What we’ll do: Pilsner Urquell Brewery: Tour the active production brewhouse and historic cellars with an official brewery guide, plus taste unfiltered lager straight from oak barrels. Pilsen Old Town: Walk through the historic center, see St. Bartholomew’s Cathedral, and stop for a good local lunch and coffee. Your Choice of Sight: Visit either the Great Synagogue or the Patton Memorial museum. (If closed or under renovation, we’ll climb St. Bartholomew’s Cathedral Tower—the highest in the Czech Republic!)
