The Czech republic is famous for production of two things. Pilsner Urquell beer and Czech hand-made crystal.On this excursion we will visit both and complement it with a traditional Czech lunch tasting in a Pilsner Urquell restaurant.You will get picked up by your guide at the place of your stay in Prague and after about 40 minutes of scenic ride you will reach a Glassstar crystal factory,where you can observe different stages of a crystal manufacture. Next part of excursion takes us to our main destination,to Pilsen. The 4th largest city in Czech republic and home of the world's famous Pilsner Urquell brewery.Your guide will show you around the old town of the city,the 14th century cathedral of St.Bartholomew and take you to a local restaurant to enjoy a traditional Czech lunch.During the guided tour of the brewery you will learn how this popular Czech lager is brewed,visit the cellers and taste an authentic non pasteurised Pilsner Urquell right from the oakwood barrel.
